The following items are NON-REFUNDABLE as a result of potential damage caused by incorrect fitting or other faults in customer vehicles.

If you have bought an item from us that you wish to return. for whatever reason, please be sure to bring your receipt with you.

Our full guarantee and trading terms are as follows:

1. Most vehicles and parts of vehicles sold from this establishment are auto salvage. are second hand and are sold as such. Whilst we wish to give good value to our customers we cannot guarantee each part to be absolutely perfect and this is reflected in our prices when they are compared to brand new items.

2. We will always try to supply the exact part that our customers require. Due to the variations in make, model, design and years of manufacture we cannot give any guarantee that any parts are correct for the purpose required. It will help if customers can bring a sample part for comparison, but all sales are made on a strict understanding that the customer is responsible for making sure that parts bought are correct for the purpose required.

3. All used parts supplied by Auto Euro Parts Ltd. are subject to a 7 day warranty from the date of receiving the goods.

4. If any part supplied by us proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned for an exchange. If no exchange is available a refund will be given.

5. Any part(s) correctly supplied by us is subject to a 30% handling charge if returned, wrongly purchased or simple change of mind.

6. Parts sent out with a courier will not have the original or return delivery charges refunded

7. Replacement or refund will only be given with original receipt or invoice.

8. ECUs and electrical items such as airbag modules, fuse boards, dash clocks and electrical sensors etc are NON
REFUNDABLE as a result of potential damage caused by in-correct fitting or other faults in customer vehicles.

9. NOTICE: Engines & Gearboxes Engines must be correctly fitted with new cam and auxiliary belts, oil, oil filters and spark plugs. We also recommend that on all second hand gearboxes the oil is replaced. 

• Engines 7 days warranty
• Gearboxes 5 days warranty

10. We will not reimburse any labour costs/ changes involved with fitting removal and/ or changing of parts supplied by us under any circumstances.

11 Any part supplied by us that has been dismantled or tampered with in any way will not be refunded.

12. We cannot be held responsible for faults, damage or losses caused by the fitting of parts not clone by ourselves.

13. Bearing in mind all parts are auto salvage and the price is substantially less than new, we do not hold ourselves responsible if any vehicle if off the road whilst a part is being brought back for exchange.

14. These terms of business are not intended to restrict your statutory rights or exclude any legal rights bestowed or implied by law.

15. "Each undertaking contained in the above clauses shall be construed as a separate undertaking and if anyone or more of such undertakings is held against the public interest or unlawful or in any way an unreasonable restraint of trade or contrary to statute the remaining undertakings shall continue in full force and effect and shall be binding on me/us.

16. By signing this document. I acknowledge that I accept the above terms and conditions as being the exclusive terms and conditions which.govern this transaction and I confirm that I have the opportunityto obtain independent legal advice before signing this document.

17. I further acknowledge that I am purchasing a used part and I am aware of the inherent risks and consequences of purchasing mused part as opposed to a new part.
